Symonds solidifies hold on first place

Symonds team now 6-0

Andrew Symonds and his rink faced their toughest test in the St. John's Curling Club Super Curling League Wednesday night. His opponent the two time defending champion Ken Peddigrew.
Well Symonds and his team came away with a ten end 7-5 victory and now sits alone in first place with a perfect 6-0 record.
Peddigrew falls to 4-2.

In other games Alex Smith moved to (3-3) as his team beat Bob Osborne 6-4 who falls to ( 2-4).

Colin Thomas is now (4-2) as he defeated Scott Henderson 8-4 and is now (1-5).

Michelle Jewer defeated Gary Perry and 6-0 to improve to (2-4) while Perry stands at (0-6)

and Geoff Cunningham improved to (4-2) with a two end 10-0 victory over Mark Noseworthy who is now (4-2)
